CHILD BIRTH EDUCATION CLASSES

Learn through 6 weeks of interactive classes the techniques of Hypno-anesthesia for your birthing time and beyond. This is a full childbirth education course that will help bring confidence and empowerment to your journey into parenthood.

Expectant students use our Hypnobabies Workbook, hypnosis audio tracks and hypnosis scripts to help re-train their inner mind that contractions in labor will be felt more like pressure, tightening, pushing, pulling, and normal baby movement sensations instead of extreme discomfort. This is achieved by learning, practicing and using medical-grade, somnambulistic hypnosis; the kind used in surgeries! Hypnobabies students are fully in tune with their babies during the birthing process, and as aware of everything around them as they’d like to be, easily able to communicate with their support team, and completely in charge of their own birth experience while using hypnosis for comfort.
